Our KOVAL tastings are back!
Re-opened on Chicago's Cultural Mile in 2008, The Blackstone celebrates its history with a clever and contemporary attitude. Established in 2008, KOVAL is Chicago's first distillery since Prohibition and one of America’s leading small batch, independent spirit manufacturers. The Blackstone and KOVAL came together to create a hand-selected Bourbon for hotel - available at Timothy's Hutch.
Come celebrate these two Chicago icons by meeting the KOVAL team on select Fridays at Timothy's Hutch in June and July. Try our hand-selected Bourbon on the rocks, sip on a Timothy's Old Fashioned or enjoy featured seasonal cocktails.
Please note that Timothy's Hutch will be open for business. Only tastings will be complimentary.
