Celebrate Pride and Queer history in Floriography! We will build a stunning and personalized bouquet using a rainbow palette of vibrant florals to honor Pride month and those fearless friends who fought for the freedom to be who you are and love who you love!
Guided by the Fellows, you’ll delve into the enchanting history of Floriography—the secret language of flowers— through a Queer history perspective while crafting a bespoke bouquet based on the Progress Pride flag colors. Each stem is selected for its symbolic meaning within the hues of the flag and seasonal beauty. You’ll also design a personalized Floriography tag, transforming your arrangement into a meaningful and unique statement to share with the world.
The Blackstone Hotel will also be offering a specialty feature drink available through the month of June with $1 from every purchase going directly to support the Pansy Project, as well as 10% from any food purchase during the class.
