Chicago Thanksgiving Parade 2017

The second of Chicago's great parades in November, this Thanksgiving celebration features large balloons of popular children's characters, lively marching bands, festive horses, and an appearance by Santa Claus himself.

Tarsila do Amaral: Inventing Modern Art in Brazil

The Art Institute of Chicago hosts the first major museum exhibition in North America devoted to the influential Brazilian artist Tarsila do Amaral. The exhibition focuses on her work in the 1920s, showcasing how her paintings and drawings have reverberated through 20th and 21st century art.

Winter Wonderfest at Navy Pier

Jurassic World: The Exhibition
