Dimitre started studying music at the age of 10. Soon after beginning his guitar studies, he came under the influence of Emilio Pujol-Vilarrubi, reflecting his overall approach to guitar. In his solo repertoire, he has music written for vihuela, lute, baroque and modern guitar in a period of musical styles spanning over 500 years. He has given concerts in Europe and in the United States, and has recorded several CDs with classical masterpieces from XVI to XX century.
